Clay Modeling with Fred Zavadil, Award Winning Master Wood Carver and Sculptor

Got a project in mind? Want to work the kinks out? What better way to do that than by modeling it with clay first. Or are you just looking to improve your sculpting or carving skills. As Fred always says "If you can sculpt it in clay, then you can carve it!"

Before Fred starts any of his carvings, the first thing he does is create a scale model of his project. He uses this medium to work out all the fine details, expressions and flow of his design. Well Fred’s has finally moved into his new studio and is opening it to the public.

If you like the open forum of and unstructured class where you can work on a project and get advice from the Master, then you will love our "Open Fridays" For a small fee of $80, just drop by and spend the day with Fred working on your next project or just refining your skills. You will be joined by a few other seasoned or budding artist in this open forum.
